I decided to start this series of interviews while I was writing my book 'Mental Wealth - How to Journey from Burnout to Abundance' (releasing 2024).
As I shared my story with those around me, I realised many of my amazing friends, who are really inspiring people, actually all share a story of overcoming challenges - including burnout - in their past.
My hope is that through sharing these lived experiences vulnerably and openly, it will allow you, to feel safe about sharing challenging times you have experienced with those around you.
That you would be able to see the blessings and silver linings from your painful past, to learn from them, and most importantly, to use your learnings to help others as well.
Experiencing challenges like burnout does not diminish you as a person. It is how you respond and rise above these challenges, that defines you.
Be grateful for your past, it is what makes you who you are.
Let us work together to prevent the spread of the burnout pandemic, and journey to a life of abundance.
