March 05, 20241 min read

As we kick off the Burnout to Abundance series again in 2024, I wanted to launch the new year by sharing my personal journey from burnout to abundance. Thank you to my friend Xi Ren Yang from the InspireSpark Podcast for conducting this interview with me and generously allowing me to share this interview on my channel.

Xi Ren is a wonderful interviewer who asked me some very insightful questions so that I could share about :

- What inspired me to write my book ‘Mental Wealth : How to Journey from Burnout to Abundance’?

- How has my diverse experiences in various career paths contributed to my perspective on mental wealth?

- Practical tips from my book that you can implement to achieve mental wealth?

- How I help people listening to my talks and workshops to discover their purpose?

- What success means to me?

Xi Ren is the founder of Xel Consulting. Who leverages her 20 year HR career to drive organisational excellence through employee engagement. As a Mental Health Speaker and Shared Leadership Coach in Singapore, she inspires resilience and empowers leaders for success.

Our hope is that this episode will help you recognise burnout, feel safe to share about your struggles with those you trust, and be able to see the good purposes that may come from your painful past experiences.
