In episode 4 of the Burnout to Abundance series, I caught up Stevie V Brown, a professional marketer who runs a boutique marketing consultancy, that builds result focused marketing for established businesses committed to long term growth.
Stevie shares openly about her experience of burnout, due to the poor leadership and culture of a previous workplace. This has resulted in her starting her own business, based on the core values of commitment, accountability, realism and engagement.
I especially enjoyed our discussion about leadership, setting boundaries and accountability. We highlight the important role positive workplace culture and positive working environment can have on burnout prevention and staff retention.
